I have tried to disable firewall and still could not connect to the SSG5 in the office.
I am just using the dial-up VPN built-in within Windows 10. Choose L2TP/IPsec with cert and input username and password.
I look into event viewer in Windows 10 and found out there is an error code 789. I tried to search on the internet, tried a few solution and still could not solve the issue.
