Hi,

1: If you are moving the same physical interface in the redundant interface then, you will need to unset it first.

2: Policies are mainly based on the zones so changes may not be needed, unless if you are using DIP,MIP,VIP or NAT etc.

3: Static routes will also need to be changes and redundant interface should be bind accordingly.
