I have an SSG 500 with 256 MB (I mention this since the crash mentions memory allocation issues) that was running ScreenOS 6.1. We wanted to upgrade this server to the latest bootload and firmware. We found under a different page (SSG 550M) a bootload file: Loadssg500v107.d and under the SSG 500 page we found ssg500.6.3.0r22.0 for the firmware. The SSG 550 page mentions that the recommended firmware is 6.3.0r24, but that file is not there.
After the upgrade of both the bootload and firmware, the unit goes into a rolling crash / reboot loop. The crash output is this one. Any ideas would be appreciated. I've tried different firmware releases but no luck. We don't have a copy of the 6.1 firmware, since it's not in the download page. Thanks
