From the prompt you are on when the image boot fails you should be able to run the key delete command and then reboot the device.
To roll back you need an origional copy of ScreenOS from before the key change not just an older version downloaded from the current site. It does not need to be the same version previously installed, just a version downloaded a few years ago before the key change.
