If you are blocking an internal ip address for web browsing outbound you would create that address object in the Trust not the untrust area.
After the address is created you go to
policy > policies
select the trust to untrust
then create the new block policy here
Once created you need to move this policy before the one that allows the general outbound web browsing. Policies are processed in order and the first match will stop processing"

Check and check, but there problem comes after i move the policy on the top.
Let say
Source address is : 192.168.1.48/24
Destination Address is : ANY
internet completely stop to everyone.
Is the destination address problem ? it have to be something else ?
