Installed everything today in the DC of my ISP. Everything is working as it should. Thank you very much for your help! 
One last question: My isp set the gi0/1 port on the cisco catalyst switch to 100mbit FD auto neg. OFF.
At the moment the SSG140 shows Half Duplex on the eth0/2 port - is it because default auto nego. is enabled and i have to FORCE ssg140 to set 100 FD ? Can i do this without risk loosing the connection ? whats the command ? Thanks!
