When you apply these commands it overrides auto-neg and forces the specified speed.
This will bounce the interface and reconnect if manual connection is accepted by the partner.
If the switch port does not accept the manual setting the port will disconnect and be unable to reconnect. In that case the similar setting on the switch side will need to change too. Or a connection to the SSG not using this port established and the manual override removed.
