I am wondering if anyone can help. We purchased a SSG5 and before connecting to the internet we thought we'd upgrade the software.
We contacted juniper and as we hadn't bought from an "authorised" reseller we had to provide proof of purchase, serial number etc. After all that, they turned around and told us that because the product is EOL their systems cannot register the product and/or provide me access to the website! In fact they were totally uninterested in helping us in any way.
I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience and if there is any way to convince juniper to provide the latest update.
All suggestions are greatly appreciated!
