Slipped my mind... Check the manage services on the interfaces you are trying to reach. By default, only the trust zone has management enabled. All other zones by default have management services disabled.
You can check this either via CLI by using "get int eth<#>" or via WebUI by editing the interface. You should see the output below. If they stat "disabled," you can enable them with "set int eth<#> manage <service>" or "set int eth<#> manage" to enable all.
