1. The fact that it shows 0.0.0.0 is confusing. We tested what the log would look like if there was an actual IP conflict in place and instead of declining 0.0.0.0 it showed the actual address it was declining.
2. Multiple MAC addresses.
3. Normal time interval is roughly 4-6 seconds. First message is the IP address being assigned to the MAC and 4 to 6 seconds later the MAC address declines 0.0.0.0
