+ Have you made any change after which you were not able to access the device?
+ Are you able to telnet the device?
+ Are you try to manage the device from the internal network or external network?
Can you perform following checks on the FW:
+ Please enable the services on the interface:
# set int e0/0 manage ssh
# set int e0/0 manage ssl
# set int e0/0 manage web
+ Make sure that you have your machines IP added to manager-ip:
Command: get admin manager-ip
+ If the IP is not added to you can add manager-ip with below command:
# set admin manager-ip <ip> <Subnet>

+ You can also check if SSH and telnet is enabled in the admin setting :
# get admin
Command to enable to SSH:
# set admin ssh port 22
Please update me with the results and if this does not works let me know the error which you are getting on WEB or SSH?
