Sorry you are having such problems. Here are the steps you can take to transfer a file copy off the SSG from the CLI.
- Install a TFTP utility on your computer and put your computer on a network that is reachable by the SSG
- On the computer open the firewall to allow UDP 69 traffic into the computer and launch the TFTP server
- On the SSG set the TFTP source interface to be the SSG interface facing your computer
set tftp source-interface bgroup0
substitute bgroup0 with your correct interface
- On the SSG save a copy of the config file to the TFTP server
save config to tftp 192.168.1.10 myfilename.cfg
The ip address is the computer with TFTP running
myfilename.cfg will be the name of the file saved into the TFTP directory
