I will try this on friday , before I will not have time.

So I put the Screen OS on the TFTP server .

TFTP server connecting to the lowest port ? you mean 0/2 ?

If it does not work , I have to update bootloader ?

Then I have also a 2nd SSG-5 with problems :

There was some version 5.4.0r1 (I think) on it.

I tried to upgrade to 6.3.0r14b

Now it loops all the time in startup/boot.

Do I have to try the same here ?

(I read everywhere stories of DHCP on , that causes the problem)

anyway , I try first , the 1st one ,

then I will see for the 2nd

I updated already a lot of SSG-5 , never had probs , but on all of them DHCP was OFF.

NOw these 2 , DHCP was on.

Do I have to do something for this DHCP ?
