SSG-5-SH no reaction

HI,

I have problems with 3 SSG-5-SH for this moment.

I have already 2 topics open on the other 2 SSG-5-SH.

NOw here my 3rd one.

I bought it on eBay because I wanted to have a spare SSG-5-SH.

When I put electricity on it , power and status light are burning.

but I cannot get any connection .

Even when I connect thru CONSOLE with Hyperterminal , 

I get a blank screen , nothing happens.

What do you, experts, think : is it Dead ? Broken ?
