When trying to do a firmware upgrade, the firewall stuck and hangs while uploading the new image from usb.
We reboot the firewall and after that cannot boot any more with not authinticated message. we tried to load new and old images using tftp but same issue and i think we cannot delete the key because the firewall is not booting to cli command interface.
Any i dea how to force it to login to cli in order to delete the key, or do a factory reset for the firmware?
