SSG5 debug proving to the cisco guy that the issue is...

I have a situation where an ssg5 is connected to the lan bg0 10.10.10.10/24 and on BG1 10.10.30.0/24 is a VoIP system. (The data is cisco and voice is juniper) I manage the VoIP network which is strictly Juniper with multiple branch offices. We have a new branch office where temporarily there is only a cisco ASA that terminates on the 10.10.10.0/24 network. My bg0 10.10.10.10 plugs into the cisco firewall asa. From the new branch office I can ping 10.10.10.10 no problem but can't ping anything on the 10.10.30/0 network. trace routes from the branch timeout.

debug clearly shows successfull pings to 10.10.10.10. But both debug basic and debug drop show nothing in the streams. Am i correct in stating that 100% they are not routing the traffic to me. Or is there some specific debug commands that i should use.

i filtere by source ip of the machine at the remote branch office
