Thanks for the replay , I've checked the interfaces they are on full duplex both , bgroup has 0 on Egress and Ingress so no limit there alsow I checked in Policies: from trust to untrust has no limitation set and still I have like 15 Mb/s instead of 40. I've added my report of interfaces. Any other ideas ???
