It seems to be a knows issue and the earlier requested command outputs will help to confirm it. You will need to reduce the config file size by removing the unnecessary configuration or by configuring one broader routes for the multiple routes with the smaller prefix.
if you can't optimize the config on the device itself. the try exporting the config file using tftp, remove optimize the config file and import again using tftp.
