It looks like you are trying to setup a policy vpn with this policy

set policy id 3 from "Untrust" to "Trust" "192.168.1.0/24" "192.168.0.0/24" "ANY" permit 
set policy id 3
exit
set policy id 2 from "Trust" to "Untrust" "192.168.0.0/24" "192.168.1.0/24" "ANY" permit 
set policy id 2
exit

Edit the policy and select this option.

You need to add the "VPN" section selecting to tunnel via "VPN for 192.168.0.0/24" for this to work.
